Fished 270 at about 245 feet. I few boats in the area even with the limited visibility...about 1/2 mile.

Finished with 2 limits of rockfish. Nothing of any great size...all 1.5 to 3 lbs...all reds until we caught a mackerel and pinned a some on and got two Bocaccio on that drop.

Highlight of the day was a baby maco trying to eat a rockfish. I will post a picture as soon as I figure how to transfer a picture from my cell phone. I could not find my digital camera.:mad:

If you don't have a data cable and the software for the phone, you can send them via e-mail. On Verizon it cost me 25 cents a picture to email them from the phone to the computer.

We were fishing on a heading of 270 from Mission Bay jetty.
I just call it 270 for short.

That's true.
I only saw 3 boats, but the visibility was less than a mile.:D
