In my haste while removing the old electronics and wiring I removed this from the wiring harness. I think it works in conjunction with the running lights. If you have a Blackman with this same part and can take a picture let me know or if you can tell me how to wire it (MIKE), Let me know. Joe

They look like diodes to isolate batteries......
I dont have them, I have a solinoid.

They look like diodes and I bet they were wired into your running lights/anchor lights.

Diodes are a check valve for electricity. When you turn on your anchor light switch, you want your anchor light and the stern light on. When you turn on the running light switch on, you want the red, green, bow and stern light on. The stern light gets power from both switches and the diodes block that power from going to the lights you don't want on.

Do a little testing and you'll see which way the current flow on the diodes and install them like the drawing. My guess is the stern light hooks up to the two black wires in the middle of the board and power from the running lights to one of the diodes and power from the anchor light to the other diode.

p.s. we all have this on the boat somewhere. It's a Blackman trade mark, like the Cole Herse solenoid for combining the batteries.

I bet your correct.
I did not notice the size of the wire.....
Do you have any idea where they are located?
