Private Messages Enabled (for real this time...I Hope)

Think I figured it out, I had a setting that needed to be corrected. Users will still need to activate the private messaging feature as described here: http://www.bocaboard.com/forum/showthread.php?t=153

Someone should send me a private message to confirm its working for them.
