Out drive circuit.

What is the fix? or has anybody had issues with the relays at the stern for the outdrive trim. seems to me that a one size fits all harness was used. meaning that my wire could work for my 26 and also for a 30 footer if needed and I have too much wire looped around down in the bilge which makes for a shoddy installation.
Not liking it as it is and just found that I had a bad relay for the lowering side. so if I need to change a relay I am thinking about redoing the harness to make it a bit more simplistic in its physical state. meaning that I could eliminate a lot of wire run and put the relays in a more assecible place.
Thoughts or been there done that comments?

Figured it out, I cut out close to five feet out of the wire loom for the trim and cut the connection at the trim pump,
Raised it all to the inside of the transome and all is high and dry and working well ( which it was not prior to the fix)
I woud recomend this option.
