Left MB at 9:00PM Friday night with Charles (Fishstalker/Javaguy) and his brother Gary onboard. Headed down to the Double_220. Lines in the water at 5:30AM and had the first jig strike about 7:30AM with a 35+ lb Albie. No bait fish, no more albies. Trolled all the way to the 238 where there were reports of wide open baitfish stops and people already headed home with limits. Bite turned off before we got there.

Ended up finding some paddies on the way into the Coral Marina/Ensenada. First paddy resulted in 1 good size Yellowtail. Met up with Salty Dawg there who traded drifts on that paddy. Found 2 more paddies on the way into Ensenada, first one gave up 5 more Yellows and the last paddy was wide open with 3 drifts, resulting in each one of us hooked up each time. That was the last 9 fish that gave us limits so we headed on in. Most were good size and fun fights with only a couple being rats.

Took some albie loins and yellowtail fillets to the cook at the Coral restaurant and had an awesome dinner of sashimi albacore, butterflied breaded albacore and grilled yellowtail with all the fixins.

Slept on the boat Sat night and came home Sunday. Stopped near the rockpile for one ling and one fat vermillion.
