With nothing but time on my hands, I thought I would make a few flying gaffs to add to my arsenal. Last year I was using my 4" flyer on the Swordfish and thought it wasn't getting a big enough bite on the fish.
I made two with a 5 1/2" opening and a big one that has a 7 1/2" opening. I had the stainless on hand and had to buy some 1" aluminum tube, rope and some grips.
