Russ and I are turning another page (actually, maybe this one is a whole new chapter!) in the birthday book come July/August and we're thinking of a run to Coral to fish and celebrate. I have a few openings on the Nomad if you don't want to take your own rig. Hopefully, To The Limit will join Time Out and the Nomad. Still working on locking in the dates but best for me is August 12th (evening departure) returning on the 14th. What do you think?

I am taking next week off work, to fish and spend several days of it at the Coral. So, if you're going, we could meet up.

Did you get a crew together? If you're in need of a second to make the trip a go, I'll ask one of my kids to escort the wife to the Padre games this weekend. As long as she has a ride to the game, I'm should be able to get a haul pass.

Would love to have you along Mike but filled out the crew before I left. Looks like I may chase Marlin and save the Ensenada trip for when things are a bit more productive down below. Based on the new float plan if one of the crew drops out would love to have you join me. Watched Park throw a good game for the Pads tonight. Good to see them stretch the lead out over Az. Facing the East in the playoffs will be tough duty!

I'm glad to see the Padres get back on track. We were getting a little worried on the last home stand and started going with the "Little League 6 run rule". If we're down by 6, the game is over. Got home by 8:30 a few times on the last home stand.

Looking forward to some late nights at the park this week.

As far as the trip down south, I didn't know if it was still ago or was off do to the shortage of a "designated driver". When the trip is a go, let me know if you come up short on crew.

It looks like local marlin is the game plan for the weekend. I plan on fishing Saturday in the same area Jeff worked last week unless I hear of something better.

Great game last night. Really glad to see Chan Ho come through better then his first start with us. Also nice to see our bats working better.

As for this weekend and next week, I'll be down at the Coral for probably half of it, and day trips the other half. I would also love to do some Marlin. Bought some jigs, now just need lessons.

I bailed on Ensenada, Nothing going on down there (or anywhere for that matter). Hope to see things light up this Sunday!
