Tenacious fished the 9 mile bank on 21 August. Top portion of the bank was blue with 68.6 degree water while the middle portion was 67.5 and green. Lots of bait in between the blue and green water (on the break). No fish seen or caught. We did see a huge thresher 4 miles off of MB, in the green water thrashing through some mackies though.
