Pictures to BOCApix

With the addition of BOCApix, you can now upload your own submittals to the picture gallery. This is a very simple process and replaces a much more complicated process that is used to upload them to the web pages we are currently using. This will also take some of the stotage load off of the FollowingSea.Net. I've posted instructions for how to upload pictures, if you are having any problems let me know. Be sure to upload them to the right gallery (your Best of the Best Gallery), if you make a mistake and upload them to the wrong one it's easy to move them.
