1st Trip for 2008

Hit the rocky bumps 5nm off Mission Bay and La Jolla for a very few rockfish including Bank Perch and Green Stripes. Very Slow fishing on cut squid and shrimp flies. Weather was beautiful with a slight bump and a little wind, water was 58, green, and dirty. Won't mess around next time, it's down to the Lower 9 next weekend! (unless the WSB show off LJ again!)

We went out to La Jolla for very slow fishing....
I have never seen that many squid boats. Almost no one fishing in La Jolla.....
