A little head's up here.
Its now time for some of us to register our boats and the state of California is charging all boat owners with the freshwater Guagga muscle fee.
If you use your boat or boats in salt water only you dont need to pay the $16 annual Guagga muscle fee. Make sure you check the appropriate non guagga muscle box when filling out the renewel form.
