    Default Wizard at the 295...

Anything happening at the 295 yesterday? The wind was howling coastside so I would guess you had a lumpy ride home!

Left MB at 8:00PM Friday night. Nice enough ride down, but the wind never died all night and you could tell it was going to be an a$$-whoopin as the day went on. Talked to new BOCA member, Reel Twins on the way down that night as well. A couple boats scratched up 3-4 albies and a couple yellowtail. We had a double less then 5 minutes after jigs out, turned out to just be one fat bonito and a long-line release. No albies/yellows for us this time.

Started at the 1067 Knuckle and trolled all the way downhill to the 295. Ride home was harsh, 9 knots for 6 hours before managing 18 knot water in the last hour.

Sometimes you nail em, like last month, sometimes you don't.

That's a bummer Glenn. I know you really wanted to put your buddy from N. Cal on the longfins.

It still beats my weekend. Honey do list on Saturday, worked Sunday. Now I'm feeling the need for a mid week T-shark trip to La Jolla.
