5/30 more bay butts
Hit the bay again today. Not a breath of wind and a very weak outgoing tide in the morning made it real tough to find any fish. I think I had 2 shorts by noon when the tide started filling in and the wind kicked up.
Just after lunch I found where the bait was hiding and took full advantage of the incoming tide and afternoon breeze. Over the next 4 hours it was pretty steady action with 20+ shorts and one 25" fish that came home for dinner.

Marc and I fished the bay Saturday in Marc`s Boston whaler great day 15 shorts Marc picked up his first legal and second in the same day around 8 pounds each lots of wind on the water bait all over great day burned 3 gallons of fuel we may be fishing Marc`s boat all year
