Well, not all fishing reports are good. We left the dock at 0430 and headed down to the 425. I had heard from one source that he was the only boat down there the previous three days and did well working schools of porpoise. We found one paddy for a 17 lb. Dorado and then found two schools of porpoise for one YFT.

One thing seemed apparent, the porpoise were extremely boat shy. As we tried to get ahead of the school they kept turning or diving. I think they've been worked hard. Not sure how the other boats did but the radio was pretty quiet.
