F-350 Ford Transmission dumping black fluid

Over stressed the trans on my ford. Someone on bloody decks recommended a guy in San Diego, John Wood. Problem is he did not give me an address or name of the company. Anyone know the guy. Supposedly can build up a good strong transmission. I will want a shift kit and built up converter, etc. to pull 15,000 pounds of trailer and boat. Any recommendations are welcome.

Mike, I think your correct. I have spent about 4 hours on my computer and only find the guy in Holt ville ca. I sent a private message to the guy who recommended John Woods. There has to be someone in San Diego that builds up tranny's. There is also gear vendors but I want the tranny to shift better, no slippage, so I want to install a shift kit. All suggestions are welcome. The trans fluid smells like smoke but my son drove it with out asking me and said it shifted ok, but what does he know about transmissions.
