    Default Nov 19 Bigins

Everybody like biigins and I thought it was going to be my day to put my hands on some.

Fished deep today and found some better fish holding off the wall. Scored a #4.5 Red, #7 Bocaccio, a couple short lings and a Humbolt before the wind kicked up. It kicked up by 9am and within an hour it was just as nasty as last Sunday. That all but ended my hopes of filling the box and I headed back in early.

    7 pound, 26" Bocaccio

Started on the top around 400' and rolled over the edge into 600'. There's some nice fish to be had there but the wind makes it real tough fishing at those depths.

I didn't get it in the boat. A big seal ripped it of the line boat side but it was a full sized model. Not good new for the cod fishing if they show up in force.
