Lots of good things going on.
1. Charlie will continue to host the sites on the current server and keep the domain names active. We need to come up with $500 to cover those cost for another year.
2. Jay is working up some shirts for us.
3. Window stickers. The embroidery guy I use can make up some sticker using the artwork Jay is getting worked up. Should be around $2.50 a sticker.
4. BBQ I would like to get together on July 11 around noon to go over all this stuff.
We currently have 34 guys with BOCA Member status. What that means is you are the only people that can view the private forums. If the majority of that group can kick in $25, we’ll have plenty of money to pay Charlie, cover the tournament jacket and maybe a little left over for a few other give a ways for the tournament.
What you’ll get for your $25. You’ll get access to the private forums and a spot in the tournament. For those that can’t come up with the $25, you’ll go back to Regular Member status and will no longer be able to see the private forums. There can be an exception or two, but I need to hear from you first.
BBQ I just picked a Sunday afternoon (July 11th) in the middle of the month, I hope it works for most of you.
Jay is working real hard at having the shirts by then(no promises), I’ll work on the stickers and you guys start recycling those beer cans so you’ll have some pocket change to pay for due, shirts and stickers by then.
