Raw water pump 41B?

Hi All,
I rebuilt the raw water pump on my 41A a few years ago with Volvo parts.
I seem to remember that the pump was a Jabsco and there was a Jabsco kit that would have done the same job for a lot less $.
Does anybody have the information on that kit?

Mike would know, but I think it's a Johnson Pump and it was cheaper for me to buy the whole pump brand new on my 41P

I did some research and it does look like a Johnson Pump.
So far the best I can find is a major rebuild kit for about $160.
The pump is just leaking a little bit.
I'm thinking that maybe I can get away with just a new seal or two.
Still open for advice.

If your Volvo pump number is 831178, 838314, 842843 you have a Johnson F7B-9 series pump.

Your Johnson Seal number would be 05-29-105. You need 2 @ $22-$25 each

Zack, chime in here. I did a couple pumps for him this year for his 42 and I think they are the same model. He will have all the part numbers and best place to get them.

EDIT: With a 2 seal setup you might get lucky and catch the leak before it gets on the bearings. If you do the bearings, take accurate measurements of how much shaft sticks out past the bearings and re-assemble to the same measurement. If you have any questions, call before you start the job.

Well, according to Marine Parts Express
"one list" I have either 858469 or 3583115 both cost the same and both use a rebuild kit # 877373.
The information from below is what I found. Oddly enough they want more for the entire pump than Marine Parts Express.
I'm in no great hurry to get going. I've been working on the boat for almost two years another week or so won't matter.
I'll pull the seals and take them to a seal/o-ring place nearby to match them up. If they don't have them I'll try the other route.

How about $3.99?
The specs are MOS-01602807-TC 016x28x7mm TC

The Volvo seal is only $7.00 which took some wind out of my sail but the ones from Johnson or pump vendor are like you said $20-30.
