    Go Proposal #2
Also a NO vote on Prop 21, this will be the $18 increase to our annual DMV fees. Money from this prop will go to the CA DFG to monitor the MLPA zones.

    Default MLPA

Went to the meeting and it started late. I was 1 hour early so walked around alot. Conceded time to tom Gomes. He bsicaly said the entire MPA's are a bunch of junk and also croked. That is what I understood. They bused in two grades from La Jolla Torrey pines school. 7th and 8th graders, all wearing blue shirts with various writing, Go Big Blue, etc. The place was crawling with kids. The kid next to me had ants in his pants and kept turning around and bumping me with his legs . Went to the head and tried to step on his foot. I missed and felt bad I tried to do that. Fire marshall had to stop people from coming in. It was the tipacle government hearing. People saying things not related to the meeting, repeat people that were just laughed at and representatives speaking for politicians like Bob Filner and others. The comitte listened and seem unimpressed. Curious to see how it turns out in Dec. Just my take on this stuff. Anybody have the thought of selling there boat? I feel sorry for people with smaller boat thdt do not have the distance to fish outside in rough water.
