    Jim,

    I did a double batch last night for a party and everyone loved them! I bought 2-4# bags at $37 each; took about 45 minutes to shell and rinse, another 10 minutes to put 6 on each bamboo skewer, ended up with 17 skewers; did 4 sticks of butter and 2 heads of garlic probably could have done it with 1.5 garlic and 6 sticks. About 4 min each side on a gas grill for us and did't have one left! I used Olive Oil spray PAM and Lawrey's Salt for the first side which was faster than brushing.

    Thanks Again we'll go codding once the weather clears!

    Jeff ,I'm glad your shrimp came out good.Can't wait to go Codding.I need to catch some fish.Wait til you taste my seafood soup I make for Christmas !
