    Default Tuna Salad...

Made some tuna salad with 6 month old Albacore this weekend. Fresh frozen and vacuum sealed and it thawed out in great condition. Was a little nervous about it, but it tasted great!

    Ingredients
Albacore Tuna - Pan fried w/ olive oil, butter, onion, garlic. Don't over cook it!
    Olive Mayonnaise
    Mustard
    Green Onions
    Soy Sauce
Harrachi - Red "rooster" chile sauce.

We eat with Ritz Crackers, Saltine Crackers, and sandwiches.

Tony sounds great. Maybe a starter course for the next gathering.

Made some Tuna again with Yellow Fin caught in the summer. Only difference to the ingredient is I chopped up white part of boiled egg. And no mayo, no Soy Sauce and just a little Rooster. Tasted great! I usually make enough to last a week.
