Default Looking to relocate stb. oil filter

Looking to install a remote oil filter kit for my stbd. engine. I have not had any luck tracking down any manufactures that sell remote oil filters kits. I mentioned this problem b4 but nobody replied with any ideas.. Talked with a filter supplier downtown but he coould not find anything. Got off that idea for awhile and now will be changing oil the oil filters again and back on the search. Soooooo if anyone has any ideas where I can get a kit , preferably around San Diego, I would appreciate any suggestions. I think I may try Napa. Thanks for any help.

Phil, It shows that the bypass valve is 23.21 pounds. I think my oil pressure runs around 30 to 40 pounds after engine is warmed up. I looked on Internet but have not found anything, I guess I'mmissing something.

    Al,
The bypass valve is in case the filter gets clogged. It opens when the difference between the inlet and out exceeds 23.21 psi.

It might be worth looking into removing the fitting into the block. Then you could have a machine shop make you one with 1-16 thread on one side and the block thread on the other (most likely 1-12 UNF). Anyone have an old block around?

Well things have goten more complicated. Went out on Memorial Day and Black smoke above 2000 rpm,s. Drive back to the launch ramp , pulled air filters and found both turbos stuck. Tried to rotate but would not move. Did not want to force and bend blades. I think, and others too, seem to think some build up on the exhaust side of the fins. Will start to tear into them late tomorrow. Trying to finish painting front eaves of house. Engines run great under 2000 rpms. Oh well I hope this doesnt go too high of price.
