    Thanks Mike... pretty sure I fried the seal trying to flush her out when I got her home. Talked Grant @ sea & skin marine and he conferms the pump is F#$%ed up. So I am going to rebiuld and will let you know.

    When you get it apart, take a real good measurement of how much shaft is exposed on the engine side of the bearings. You need to press the new ones on to the same place. No shoulder or snap ring to press them to. It's all a matter of press and measure to get them in the right place.

    Your pump parts will look similar but a little smaller than these.

    Bad seal got the bearings wet


    Your pump uses 2 seals. As bad as this looks, it was still working fine with a little bearing noise if you really listen close.
