Default Fishing the 1010 on 7/10

Left early enough....midnight! Got out to the 1010 around 0530. Knew it wasn't goint to be good with a breeze blowing when we left the dock. The auto pilot was zig-zagging all over. Stopped to set the troll lines and whitecaps were everywhere. First bite came at 0830 with a triple strike (two landed). Must have been a common thread as most boats were talking hook-ups about the same time. But!...it was slow after...only one more strike at the 213 and a couple of yellows on a patty. Then came the long snotty trip home. It didn't lay down until we passed the 302. Felt better when the fleet count was 300 albies for 400 passengers.

    Really glad to get home!

On the flat tops, the tuna tower is good for downhills and nice days!
