New tournament year

I'll start taking enties November 1st for the 2012 tournement. The only change we may make is excuding cowcod from the rockcod slot. The Mission Bay Marlin Club did some checking into the legality of importing one, and it looks like the DFG is taking a stand that it is NOT OK to import them from Mexico.

If you catch one before we get together and work out the details, you can add it in late if we decide to take them this year.
