An old family favorite!

1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 pint jars tuna, drained
parmesan cheese to cover top


Mix all ingredients in large casserole. Sprinkle parmesan cheese to cover top. Cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
