Looking for a Welder to fabricate Aluminum rails

Does anyone know of a Welder, located in the San Diego area, that can fabricate aluminum rails for my boat? All of the rails are presently aluminum. I was going to try it myself but I would be just waisting a lot of pipe before I could get a good puddle.
